Job Introduction
Working in our branch and warehouse, you'll help maintain and manage our equipment. This means ensuring all the required kit is ready for use. You will be front of house, servicing customers, arranging kit for confirmed orders, keeping stock levels correct and be responsible for processing kit in and out of the depot.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues alike
- Responsible for appropriate branch presentation
- Responsible for providing first rate customer service to all customers
- Accountable for maintaining the equipment and the branch to a standard that complies with/exceeds all current Health and Safety at Work legislation.
- Ensure equipment is stickered correctly
- Ownership of keeping stock levels correct and arranging kit for confirmed orders
- Responsible for the processing of kit coming in and out of the depot
