Business Developer

Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Business Developer for our Groundforce businesses, based in Morley, nr Leeds. In this role you will be working with existing and new customers.

Driving the growth of these accounts by actively promoting Groundforce, targeting low spenders and lapsed customers alongside continuing support of our regular spending customers.  This is a sales role requiring a professional and confident approach.

Key Responsibilities

Developing customer relationships.

Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.

Maintain the CRM system.

Promote the products and services of the division

Work with the other divisions promoting the whole of Groundforce.

Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.

What We're Looking For

Someone with a proven track record within a sales environment ideally in a similar outbound business development role.

Experience of cold-calling, speaking with prospective customers, asking questions about their business.

Be able to nurture new customers and understand their needs and offer a solution.

Able to work autonomously, with little supervision. Planning your day/week to meet KPIs

Target driven and hungry to meet and exceed your targets.

Computer skills and the ability to learn new systems is a must.

Team player with a can do attitude.

You will be joining a business development team who support and encourage each other to be successful.

Full training and induction will be your first few weeks, where you will meet and visit other depots and offices and external sales people who you will be working with. Learn about the “Systems” CRM we use too.
