Certification Coordinator

Job Introduction

We’re looking for a brand new Certification Coordinator to join our fast-paced business in Kintore, Aberdeenshire. Airpac Rentals is the energy industry division of rental specialist Vp plc, specialising in compressed air and steam generation.

Working for the Workshop Manager you will monitor and maintain records for the on-time certification of assets. You will be responsible for the planning of and reporting on asset certification, and assisting the regional depots with certification alerts and client communications.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through the development of relationships and positive communications skills.
  • Foster an environment of good communication between workshop, hire desk, regional operations teams and clients.
  • Manage and coordinate 3rd party service providers for the completion of asset certification to meet agreed timelines.
  • Using the company asset management software, complete asset certification reports for management team.
  • Working with the hire desk and workshop compile certification packs for asset mobilisations.
  • At all times working in accordance with the company’s HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate departmental procedures are maintained and updated as requested.
  • Support the Hire Desk when necessary (eg. during holiday periods)

 What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry desirable but not essential
  • Customer service and administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage own busy and variable workload
  • Good IT skills including; MS Packages, word/excel/outlook
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
