Covering the West Yorkshire/East Lancashire area (from Middleton/Oldham to wider Leeds area), you'll live on patch and be comfortable with regular travel around the region.  


Key Responsibilities 

  • As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the maintenance and repair of our machines are completed to our high standards. 
  • You will also serve as the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting customer connections.
  • Carry out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers
  • Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issue during site visits
  • Collaborating with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment including Telehandlers
  • A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering
  • A competent communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as and when required
  • Well organised with experience of managing time effectively
  • A valid driving licence
