Job Introduction
Become part of our amazing operational branch team as a Hire Manager and help us maintain our place as the Nation’s leading Tool hire business.
In this fast-paced branch role you’ll efficiently manage our hire desk to ensure service levels are met. You’ll also have responsibility for our hard-working Drivers, ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire desk and team management
- Ensuring the branch remains profitable
- Displaying professional customer service at all times
- Providing cover for the Branch Manager when required
- Compliance with all Health & Safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Plant hire or construction industry experience would be an advantage
- Supervisory or management experience
- Knowledge of small tools & plant desirable
- Valid UK Driving licence
- Excellent IT skills – confident using internal systems, devices, applications etc
