Our Graduate Programme

As a Commercial Graduate you’ll get to experience all areas of our multi-faceted business spending time in our Head Office in Harrogate, where you'll meet key people from across the organisation and gain valuable insights into departments such as IT, Internal Audit, HR, and Finance. You’ll then rotate through our operational businesses across the UK learning about Sales, Marketing, Operations (including the Hire Desk model) and finance. You'll work with colleagues from different departments and observe different approaches, building a broad commercial skillset that will set you up for success in your career.

The experience won’t stop there. You'll also work on a genuine business project to add value to the group using your new knowledge, skills and behaviours to make a real impact. As a key member of the Vp team you'll enjoy the opportunity for career growth and advancement within our award-winning business.

Programme Requirements

We're looking for motivated graduates past and present with a minimum of a 2:1 class Bachelor's Degree with a commercial focus, excellent communication skills and the confidence and assertiveness to mix with and influence people at all levels of our organization.

Because our graduates travel throughout the UK during the programme, you must hold a Full UK Driver's Licence and be comfortable being away from home where required for up to a week at a time. Don't worry - your travel expenses and accommodation will be fully covered during as this will be quite regular.
