Job Introduction
Key Responsibilities
- Line Manager of all workshop staff
- Manage the maintenance and repair of rental equipment.
- Manage the inspection of returned equipment and that all repair work is carried out.
- Highlighting any recharges due to lost or damaged equipment.
- Control costs against the department budget and at all times and minimise any unnecessary expenditure.
- Ensure individuals are trained and developed effectively to be able to carry out their roles.
- Creating and investigating UERs
- Meet equipment deadlines and delivery dates, and ensure equipment is ready and fit for purpose
- Ensuring all documentation is completed for maintenance, inspection, testing, certification and calibration activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Oil and Gas industry experience essential
- Engineering/technical background
- Understanding of Airpac Rentals equipment types and certification requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in mechanical engineering/technical qualification
- Good computer skills, word, excel, database
- Valid driving licence
- Supervisory experience of workshop personnel
