Events & Toilet Operator

Job Introduction

Our Events and Toilet Operators are a fundamental part of our support network, providing this essential service to customers in and around the branch region who rely on us to keep them going.

As an Events and Toilet Operator your main duty is to support the local branch region with the delivery, service and collection of temporary portable toilets. Driving a 3.5T vehicle you will also be responsible for the presentation and servicing of these assets all with the highest levels of customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Timely delivery and collection of temporary portable toilets as allocated
  • The setting up of equipment onsite
  • Servicing of equipment onsite in line with agreed rotas and legal requirements
  • Maintenance of all equipment to ensure trouble free operation
  • Completing all necessary paperwork as and when required
  • Carryout vehicle and pump checks every morning minimising time off hire
  • Supporting the branch with any ad-hoc duties


What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable driving 3.5T vehicle and valid driving license
  • High levels of customer service and clear communication skills
  • Pro-active and happy working alone for long periods
  • Able to work to a set schedule
  • Good attention to detail including both and electronic and paper based written communication
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Good knowledge of the local area
  • Flexible in approach
