Working remotely as our Website Executive, you’ll play a vital role in achieving our business objectives and driving digital growth from the comfort of your own workspace. Your focus will be on optimising our online platforms, updating content, analysing performance metrics, and guiding website development to enhance conversions.
In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with SEO consultants and external website developers to improve user experience and drive results. Working across multiple websites, you’ll develop tailored, innovative solutions that elevate each business’s digital footprint.
- Ongoing Website Maintenance: Ensure continuous upkeep of all websites, including regular content updates, bug fixes, and ensuring functionality across different devices and browsers.
- Website Development Roadmap: Assist in the development roadmap for the websites, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Analyse Web Performance/UX Improvements: Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance metrics and user experience to identify areas for enhancement and implement improvements.
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing processes to ensure new features, updates, and functionalities meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Assist with Web Suppliers (Dev/Technical SEO): Collaborate with web suppliers, including developers and technical SEO experts, to implement website enhancements, resolve technical issues, and optimise SEO strategies.
- Technical Maintenance: Ensure correct integrations and technical aspects of the websites, such as API integrations, plugins, and third-party tools.
- Experience in CMS Systems: Previous exposure to content management systems, with knowledge of platforms like Kentico being advantageous.
- Google Analytics Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools, able to analyse website performance metrics.
- Basic Technical Skills: Comfortable with basic technical aspects of websites such as HTML/CSS, including integrations and tools
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues with guidance.
- Collaborative Nature: Works well in a team environment, open to collaborating with SEO consultants and developers.
- Organised and Detail-Oriented: Can work on multiple websites, ensuring accurate updates and smooth functionality.
- Clear Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Adaptable and Enthusiastic: Can adjust to a dynamic work environment, eager to learn and contribute to digital growth initiatives.
