Job Introduction
You will be responsible for maintaining the training database and training matrix, and ensuring all training and documentation requirements are up to date to enable Brandon Hire Station/Hire Station Limited to achieve/maintain external accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring appropriate user access to the Hire Station SHEQ management system, through timely updating of starters, leavers and role movements.
Creating and maintaining a Training Matrix to identify requirements for operational training to include FORS, LEEA and Suppliers – including H&S and Legal Requirements.
Maintaining our digital platform and database to record all mandatory training required by Group such as GDPR and Bribery & Corruptions modules.
Responsible for creating and maintaining Tool Box Talks on the digital platform
Distributing monthly reports and notice board packs to the business to facilitate compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assisting the National Compliance and Facilities Manager with the preparation of all desktop submissions in accordance with internal and external deadlines, including:
ISO9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 22301
LEEA
FORS
RoSPA
Constructionline
UVDB
PASMA
IPAF Rental+
CHAS
What We’re Looking For
- ISO auditor certification desirable or a willingness to undertake
- Intermediate Maths & English level of education
- Intermediate IT Literacy with ability to work with Excel spreadsheets
- Customer service experience
- Experience of managing national training programmes
- Experience of working with ISO and FORS accreditation desirable
- Proven track record of working with and building databases
- Approachable, with a desire to help resolve issues
